Farandole is a fun and chic crewneck cardigan with crochet scalloped details at the front. It’s knitted seamlessly from the top-down with contiguous set in sleeves. The button band is knitted at the same time as the body of the cardigan.
The sample is knitted with a fingering weight yarn held double with a lace silk and mohair yarn. This cardigan can also be knitted with a DK weight yarn.

XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL). Shown in size XS with 2¼’’ / 6 cm of positive ease. Choose a size with 1 to 3’’ / 3 to 8 cm of positive ease at bust.

Farandole est un cardigan à col rond, à la fois chic et amusant. Ses festons réalisés au crochet lui donnent un air festif. Il se tricote du haut vers le bas, sans couture. La patte de boutonnage est tricotée en même temps que le corps. Les épaules sont construites par un jeu d’augmentations qui confèrent une coupe très flatteuse à ce niveau. Les festons sont réalisés à la fin, ce qui rend ce détail facultatif si vous désirez tricoter une version en toute sobriété.
Le patron inclut deux options de manches : des manches droites un peu bouffantes ou des manches semi-ajustées.
Le modèle de présentation est tricoté avec un fil de grosseur « fingering » doublé d’un fil de mohair et soie de grosseur dentelle. J’ai choisi l’option des manches semi-ajustées pour ce dernier. Il peut également être réalisé avec un fil de grosseur DK.

Tailles
XS (S, M, L, XL) (2XL, 3XL, 4XL, 5XL). Le modèle présenté est tricoté dans la taille XS et est porté avec 2¼ po / 6 cm d’aisance positive. Choisissez une taille mesurant 1 à 3 po / 3 à 8 cm de plus que votre tour de poitrine.
