A drapey Corner to Corner crochet cowl with eyelets.
Uses John Arbon Textiles Yarnadelic, or, I found a woolly 4ply also works well.
You will need 1 x100g skin or, 4x 25g mini skeins.
Striped version measures:
Depth: 28cm
Circumference: 62cm
Pink version measures:
Depth: 30cm
Circumference: 56cm
Tension 10cm = 7x7 blocks approx
Notes:
This pattern is written in UK terms. US equivalents given in Abbreviations.
1 block = 3 chains and 3 treble stitches.
The first rows increase by one block per row, then rows are worked evenly to create the rectangle shaping before decreasing by one block per row to the opposite corner.
Follow charts for colour and eyelet placement. Start in bottom right corner.
Arrows on the chart indicate the direction to work in.
It helps to mark off each row of the chart as you go.
There is a link to an electronic version of the colourwork chart.
