Farmhouse Granny Afghan & Pillow
The Farmhouse Granny Afghan is a large afghan featuring sewn together granny squares in a gorgeous array of colors. You can very easily make this using yarn from your stash but I highly recommend the modern colors used in this version. The squares are all worked in the round and then sewn together in stages with borders worked in the round between each set of squares.
The rooster pillow is created from the same yarns as the afghan. It requires the ability to read a color chart. Feel free to change the roosters colors to meet your decor or favorite rooster breed! The pillow covering is removable and features 2 large granny squares on the back created from the remaining yarn.
