This pattern is available in print for $4.50.

Pattern gives ball weight and number needed:
2- 50gr balls needed for premature or 0-3 month sizes
3- 50gr balls needed for 6-9 month or 12-18 month sizes

Other notions needed: stitch holders, stitch markers, 2-3 buttons for sweater.
Crochet hook is for neck split edging.

Pieces knit separately (back, front, sleeves, and collar). Collar added only after you have joined the other pieces together. It is suggested to use the “mattress stitch” to sew pieces together (Naturally Yarns).

Sweater and Hat have a “blue bell” flower and stem look to them.
Pattern includes abbreviations used; except for “k1-p1-k1-p1-k1 into next stitch” which is exactly what it says. Do all these stitches on one stitch without pulling them off the needle until the last one. This is the key to making the “blue bell”.
