Feather is a light wrap worked in an open mesh pattern that – combined with the shawl’s shape – is reminiscent of its namesake. The way the threads in the stitch pattern cross in opposing directions give the shawl depth and allow for exquisite drape (and is much less complicated to knit than it looks). The contrast coloured tip adds a final touch.

Die Feather, Englisch für „Feder“, wird in einem offenen Netzmuster gearbeitet, welches – ebenso wie die Form selbst – an die Namenspatin des Tuchs erinnert. Die sich im Tuch gegenläufig kreuzenden Fäden erzeugen Tiefe und sorgen für einen exquisiten Fall des Gestricks. Am Ende setzt eine kontrastfarbige Spitze einen Akzent.
