PATTERN NOTES
This hat is crocheted in joined, turned rounds from the bottom up. All shaping occurs after the motif is complete.

You will use removable stitch markers to mark the first and last stitch of the feathermotif. It is also recommended that you place a removable stitch marker on the first stitch of the round to mark the beginning of round and move it up with each new round. During shaping rounds, you will place removable stitch markers in each decrease and move them up each round.
