My first finished bag ended up 6” x 5” width & 8” tall, the second one was 6” square on the width & 8” tall. If you want it a little larger you could always go with a little less felting.

The Gauge is not important, this is a felted bag. Your results are going to be different every time depending on the colors & yarns you use.
