This pumpkin was begging to be made, as a great Fall shop display. The original has long been loved to death by the many wee visitors Twisted has had, but it lives on in our hearts. The bulk of the pumpkin is crocheted; the spirally vine is knit.

Gauge: Gauge should be quite loose for both knit and crochet to allow room for felting shrinkage. Beyond that, gauge isn’t super important.
Hook/Needles: US J crochet hook, US 10 (6 mm) knitting needle.
Yarn: Approximately 150 yards worsted-weight yarn in orange and 50 yards worsted-weight yarn in green
Finished measurements: appx 6” tall post-felting
Notions: stitch marker, darning needle.
Skill level: Enthusiastic beginner.
