A lovely hat with a slight slouch. Reminds me of a something a lady wore in the 1920’s, just so elegant and feminine. With pompon or without, you decide.

Due to the pattern repeat, only in one size fit for ladies with a 22 inch (56 cm) circumference. And height of 8.5 inches.
Meant to be worn with about 1 or 2-inch negative ease. Finished circumference 20 inch.

Knitted in size 7 US (4.5 mm) needles, 16 inch circular or DPS’s.
Yarn Malabrigo Rios in color Frank Ochre, (1 skein, there will be almost a quarter of skein left over)

Gauge 16st/ 48 rows in 4 in/10 cm blocked garter swatch.

Garter trim, lace middle and crown shaping.
The fern repeat is a 21 st repeat so it will be repeated 4x.
