Pattern Description from Interweave Knits, Winter 2005: “Gayle Roehm’s easy fickle-finger fringe adds pizazz to a reversible, seed-stitch scarf in a rich textured and variegated yarn. The fingers are made as you go by knitting on stitches at the end of a row and immediately casting them off at the start of the next row. Make it long or keep it short - either way this colorful scarf will cheer you up when you throw it on.”

Finished Size: About 7” (18 cm) wide with fringe, and 46” (117 cm) long.

Yarn: Zitron Ethno (85% merino; 15% nylon; 99 yd 90 m/50 g): #10 multi, 2 balls. Yarn distributed by Skacel.

Needles: Size 9 (5.5 mm).

Notions: Tapestry needle; pins for blocking.

Gauge Note: Exact gauge is not critical.
