This fun hat is inspired by my love of ferns. It is knit in the round, with simple decreases at the crown. It knits up quickly and makes a great gift for yourself or others.

The finished circumference measures 22.8”/58cm, and could easily be made larger or smaller by adjusting gauge.

The pattern includes written instruction, as well as a chart for the colorwork.

One tip given by a tester for choosing colors is to take a black and white photo of your color choices to ensure the contrast is enough to be seen well.
