Construction

• Hat is knitted in round from bottom up.
• Stranded colorwork for 36 rounds after ribbing.

Measurements

• 19 1/4” around x 9 1/2” tall / 50 cm x 24 cm

Yarn

• yarn A – 180 yards / 165 meters
• yarn B, C, and D – 30 yards / 30 meters each

Skills required

• work in round
• work with stranded colorwork
• make increases (m1) and decreases (k2tog, ssk)

Gauge

• 30 sts x 34 rows = 4” x 4” / 10 cm x 10 cm in stranded colorwork
• correct gauge is important for a colorwork hat to fit.
