A first Filet Crochet Project, the size and use will be determined by yarn and hook choice. Specific directions are given for a bookmark (3” by 12”, made in #10 thread with a #7 hook, in 1 of two motif choices) and a table topper(20” by 20”, made in cotton worsted yarn with a 4.5mm, G7 hook, and either of the motif choices).

This pattern accompanies Chapter 14 of the book, and includes a full discussion of the various Filet Crochet meshes, and their effects on gauge and size/shape of finished object. Two motif charts are provided, along with full photo tutorial and recipe for designing custom projects from these charts.

Pattern uses US terms, but book provides a conversion chart for users of UK terms.
