This written pattern tutorial is to make these fab, quick and easy Fingerless Mittens. Also can be known as wrist warmers.

The mittens have been made using one skein of yarn in one shade. I used some fab hand dyed yarn and this project is great for showing off any beautiful variegated yarn you may have in your stash. I used around 2 thirds of a 100g skein in DK so I still have some left over which is handy if you wanted to make the wrist bit longer. The wrist section in this pattern is 7.5cm (3 inches). Of course, the mittens would also work well in stripes so you can customise as you like.

I have targeted this pattern at ambitious beginners, so it is essential that you have some basic crochet skills and is great if you are starting out and want to try something different. Alternatively these are a fab project for any level of experience, and the more experienced crocheter will whip through these in no time!
