Fingerless Mittens for Holiday Knitting + Gifting

A stash busting easy fingerless mitten pattern using 3 strands of yarn - one strand of worsted and 2 strands of self-striping standard sock yarn. This project is easy enough for beginners and a great choice for quick holiday knitting.
I can knit a pair of these in less than 2 evenings. Mixing the different odds and ends of sock yarn in my stash with a single strand of my Julia Wool/Mohair/Alpaca is a fun way to experiment with mixing colors.
