Fiona Hat and Fingerless Mitts
Staggered shell stitches make a crocheted fabric with an even, overall texture which accentuates the lush tonal qualities of hand-dyed yarns. The fold-back hem on the hat and mitts hides a cleverly concealed bit of elastic that you can customize for the perfect fit, and the buttons are decorative and add a bit of flair.
This pattern originally appeared in I Like Crochet magazine as the Wistful Wisteria Set.
