First Light
Worked in the round from the bottom up with basket weave cables set on the stocking stitch ground, this cowl is shaped towards the top end to ensure a comfortable fit around the shoulders. It is worked using Manos Serena, a light sport weight yarn, held double. Substitute with any fingering yarn held double, or any Worsted weight held single, that knits to the specified gauge.

Finished Size 16.5 (18) in / 42 (45.5) cm circumference at the top 20.5 (23.25) in / 53 (59) cm circumference at the bottom 6.75 (7.5) in / 17.5 (19) cm tall

Gauge With yarn held double: 20 sts x 28 rnds = 4 in / 10cm square in Stocking Stitch 28 sts = 4 in / 10 cm wide in Basket weave pattern
