First Words
Let your little one join the conversation with First Words, a cozy sweatshirt-style pullover that lets baby speak their mind. The pieces of First Words are worked flat to allow an intarsia feature on the front and then joined as one piece and worked in the round to complete the yoke. The sweater features a button placket at the shoulder to make dressing less fussy. A First Word of your choice is added with backstitch or chainstitch before finishing.

Many thanks to delightful model Ewan, shown here at 3 mos of age wearing the 6 mos size. It’s recommended to choose at least one size up - Mr. Ewan outgrew his sweater between the time the photos were taken and the publication date. :)
