Fjord is a comfortable and feminine sweater, knitted seamlessly, from the top-down. You start knitting the back yoke, then fronts are picked on the bottom from shoulders and formed with shorts rows. Then, the body (back and front) is worked in the round finished with a large band of ribs 2/2. The sleeves and collar are also worked in the round.

Finished bust circumference approximately : 37 (40.5 - 44 - 49)(52.5 - 56.25 - 60) inches/93.5 (103 - 112 - 124) (133 -143 - 152,5) cm.

GAUGE: 21 sts x 28 rows for 4 x 4 inches/10 x 10 cm in stockinette st with 4 mm/US 6 circular needles.

YARN: this sweater is knitted with two strands of yarn: a fingering weight and a lace weight held together. Approximately 1070 (1130 - 1205 - 1335)(1465 - 1620 - 1735) yards/980 (1050 - 1100 - 1220 - 1340 - 1480 - 1590) m of each yarn.
If you prefer, you can knit this sweater with only one strand of a DK weight yarn.

MATERIALS: Needles sizes 3,5 mm/US 4 (rib), 3,75/ US 5 (collar) and 4 mm/US 6 (body and sleeves), tapestry needle, cable to hold live stitches, 2 stitches markers.

Fjord est un pull confortable et féminin tricoté de haut en bas sans couture. On commence l’empiècement par le dos puis les devants sont relevés sur le haut des épaules formées par des rangs raccourcis. Le corps (dos et devant) est ensuite travaillé en rond et se termine par une large bande de côtes. Les mailles des manches et du col sont relevées puis travaillées en rond.

TAILLES : 1 (2 - 3 - 4) (5 - 6 - 7)
Tour de buste du vêtement terminé environ 93.5 (103 - 112 - 124) (133 -143 - 152,5) cm.

ECHANTILLON : 21 m x 28 rgs pour 10 x 10 cm en jersey avec les aiguilles 4.

LAINE : le pull se tricote avec un mélange de deux fils : un fil de type fingering et un fil de type lace. Environ 980 (1050 - 1100 - 1220 - 1340 - 1480 - 1590) m de fil de chaque fil. Mais il est aussi possible de le tricoter avec un seul fil de type DK.

MATERIEL : aiguilles suggérées n° 3,5 (côtes), n° 3,75 (col) et n°4 (corps et manches), une aiguille à laine, câbles pour mettre les mailles en attente et 2 anneaux marqueurs.

Le modèle est tricoté avec les bases Athéna et Orphée couleur Caramel au beurre salé de Lain’amourée.
Il est conseillé de le porter avec une aisance positive de 20 à 25 cm.
