Small amounts of Koigu Wool Designs KPPPM in red (A), white (B) and blue (C)
One pair size 1 (2.25mm) needles
Tapestry needle to weave in ends

Gauge
Not critical.

Koigu KPPPM gauge is generally 28 sts/4″ using size 3 needles. The pattern calls for size 1s, so you’ll be working with a larger ratio of stitches per inch. If you’re looking for yarn substitutions that will match Koigu’s weight, look for other sock yarns.

If you want to use heavier weight yarns, work the pattern with needles a couple sizes lower than the recommended gauge found on the yarn label.
