Inspired by the ever graceful and chic cloche hat of the 1920s, this flirty topper will never go out of style. The deep garter stitch brim is worked with short−rows so that it curves at the beginning and end, creating an overlapping fan shape. Stitches are picked up along the brim and worked in garter ridge, which smoothly transitions to stockinette stitch.
