5 mm (US 8) straight, doublepointed, and circular needle 16” (41 cm) long.

Red Heart Notes:
Skirt is worked sideways using short rows to create flare. Stitches are picked up across one edge of skirt for bodice. Bodice is worked in rounds, from top of skirt to underarms. The piece is then divided and front and back worked separately, back and forth in rows.
