Watch out, not all angels are sweet. Don’t close your eyes, and don’t blink.
One of the scariest things I have seen are Angels made from stone. Cemeteries are extra scary now, so are garden statuary….

Originally created for Super Sock Scarefest (Sept-Oct KAL), these have been revamped in 3 sizes. Sonata aka CraftZone allowed the use of her BEAUTIFUL photos. You can see more on her project page. She is one of my favourite knitters, very talented!

Angels however are not always frightening. Although…. each time one appears in biblical refernce, “Do Not be AFRAID” tends to follow. :)

Maybe you know some one who could use a reminder that they are being watched over and cared for. The same stitch is used on the hat I designed for Halos of Hope, and organization that delivers hats to cancer patients.
