Fleur-de-LYS Bandana
This pattern was originally published as Close Knit’s contribution to the 2022 Rose City Yarn Crawl, February 24th – 27th, 2022 in Portland, Oregon. This pattern is also available for download as part of the 2022 Pattern Collection: Bloom.
The flower stitches decorating this bandana remind us of Portland’s gardens in late spring: full of flowers, color, (and sometimes sunshine) after several months of rain. They also resemble a fleur-de-lys, a design representing a stylized lily flower. We can’t resist a bad pun, so we called it fleur-de-LYS to represent your Local Yarn Store.
