This adorable stuffed animal family of mama sheep Flora and
baby sheep Fauna keep cozy in their coordinating sweaters
with pockets. Flora’s cardigan and Fauna’s pullover each
have a little something matching their name to go in the
pockets—a flower for Flora and a mini sheep toy for Fauna.

Most pieces are worked in the round. The head and mini
sheep are stuffed before finishing. The bodies, arms, and legs
are stuffed and sewn together afterwards. The sweaters are
both worked from the bottom up. Sweater sleeves are worked
first and then placed on holders to be joined to the body for
the raglan shaping.

The sheep use just a bit more yarn than one 100g skein of
Bare Worsted. If substituting 50g skeins, three will be needed.
