The measurements and quantities given are based on an approximate gauge of 5 stitch pairs x 7 rows per inch, measured over double-layer Stocking stitch fabric.

A set of 5 dpns and a 40 - 50 cm /16 - 20” circular, in the size determined by your swatch (and one size smaller dpns). 3.75 - 4.0 mm / US 5 - 6. Be prepared to reevaluate this after starting the project.
