Floribunda Mitts
by Carolyn Kern
Two-color stranded colorwork fingerless mitts in two sizes to fit most girls (women). With an optional duplicate stitch rose on back of each hand, Floribunda Mitts were designed to be a companion project to my Floribunda Cap.
A pair of mitts will require nearly equal amounts of two worsted weight yarns:
50 (60) yd {46 (55) m} Color A
50 (60) yd {46 (55) m} Color B
Any two 100g skeins of worsted/aran weight yarn should be plenty to make both a cap and a pair of mitts.
A tutorial on my blog Two-Handed Stranded Colorwork may be helpful if you are new to this technique.
I hope that you enjoy knitting in color as much as I do. ♥♥♥
