Description: Knit a seamless “nine patch” blanket with flower and basket motifs. Worked in mosaic garter stitch, just one strand of color works every two rows while the other strand rests at the edge. Simple repeats allow you to customize the blanket size. Gauge and dimensions are provided with a lightweight cable plied cotton. Choose colors that contrast well. Try your camera’s “black & white” setting to look at your yarns in gray-scale and check the contrast between your selections. The pattern provides full written instructions with (optional) positive and negative charts for making a useful blanket and gift!
