Flowery Vines is a lace triangular small shawl with extra wingspan that can be easily wrapped around your neck. It is design with simple lace patterns in order to be easy to knit by a beginner or just simple comfort knitting. The design is planned for a skein of sock yarn, but it can be easily customize for a larger size.

Construction notes
This is a top down triangular shawl, using special techniques to make the wingspan grow much faster than the depth. There are two lace patterns, one for the body of the shawl and one for the border. The border lace is worked in garter stitch, as inspired by numerous Shetland lace knitting patterns. The pattern includes both written instructions and charts.

Finished measures
The wingspan of the wrap is 135 cm (53 inches), while the depth is 45 cm (17 inches). A schematic with the measurements of the finished object can be found below.
