Fluffy puff cardi is worked seamlessly from the top down
starting from the back neck edge. You may choose to
make the cardi with or without buttons. You need to know how to knit, purl, increase, decrease and pick up and knit stitches. There is a link in the pattern to a You Tube tutorial for the recommended tubular bind-off finishing, but you may also decide to use some other bind-off technique.
