Floating Pappus Socks
SHORT DESCRIPTION
Floating Pappus Socks got their inspiration from a stitch pattern that I saw on the Internet one day. That stitch pattern immediately reminded me of bloomed off dandelions full of tiny seeds with fluffy ”umbrellas”. I loved blowing those fluffs when I was a kid. And how beautifully they flew all over!
These socks are worked from the toe up. The feature is a simple stitch pattern repeat worked on every 4th row and a Short Row Heel. Cuffs are finished with Twisted Rib and Tubular Bind-Off. The pattern is written for using a long circular needle and the Magic Loop Technique. Happy knitting!
