Fluttering Feathers is a triangular shawl. It requires 400-700 meters of lace or fingering weight yarn and is adjustable in size. Use needle size that gives you a nice lacy effect.
Turquoise shawl used 1 skein Wollmeise Pure colourway Turkise Markise 100% wool, 575yd/526 m per 150g on 3.5 mm (US 4) needles. No beads. Blocked size is 152 x 76 cm (60 x 30 inches). Gauge: 14 stitches = 10 cm in stockinette.
Yellow shawl used all of 1 skein Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light colourway Chamomile100% merino, 420 yd/384 m per 100g on 4 mm (US 6) needles. 198 beads. Blocked size is 132 x 61 cm (52 x 24 inches). Gauge: 15 stitches = 10 cm in stockinette.
