Foliage Garland
This colorful leaf garland is the perfect way to decorate your space for Thanksgiving, or the entire fall season. Using the Jimmy Beans Wool Fit For a Feast - A Bite of Everything Sampler, this garland uses various needle sizes and gauges to create a variety of leaves to string for your garland. Gauge and needle size is entirely up to you based on the weight of yarn you are using (ie. the thinner the yarn, the smaller the needle and visa versa.)
The pattern includes two types of leaves, an Oak and an Aspen for a little foliage variety in your garland. Knit a mix of both or just one or the other for your custom garland. If you are using the Bite of Everything sampler, there is enough yarn for two leaves (one of each type) out of each mini skein--or at least 24 leaves. You can also use this pattern as a way to knit up leftovers in your stash!
