This creative top employs as many different techniques and stitches as you’d like! Since it’s based on squares and rectangles, each section is an independent portion of knitting. You are welcome to follow the “map” I’ve set out for you or substitute your own techniques in each section. The dimensions for each area are given so as long as you knit to the exact size of the shape, you can do anything you’d like. I used a wonderful long color repeat, which of course is one of my favorites. By using just one color way and starting at different points in the ball, the finished piece looks like it was made from many different coordinating balls of yarn.
