Just in time for last-minute winter warming, this is a textured cowl worked in an easy stitch pattern and bulky yarn. Like the icing, Fondant combines a structured shape with softness. Knit from the bottom up, the decreases in the garter sections lend a tapered shape that both sits nicely on the shoulders and is close enough around the neck to keep out the cold.
