PDF Crochet pattern to make your own drawstring Forager bag.
Includes English written crochet pattern with full colour photos for the bag, cord and toadstool toggles. UK & US terms.

I used 1 skein of Lion Brand Ferris Wheel (85g/247m) with a 6mm crochet hook, resulting in a bag which measures 23cm/9” wide when flat, 26cm/10” deep. Circular base measures 20cm/8” across.

I also used small amounts of Ricorumi DK to make the toadstools.

Pattern can easily be adjusted to suit any yarn and for any size bag; see notes in pattern.

The circular base is created first, establishing the size of the bag, then the sides are worked in the round in a simple, yet effective, textured stitch, to the height/depth of your choosing. Includes instructions for the eyelet round and how to crochet the drawstring.
Also includes the pattern for the toadstool toggles. You can of course use an alternative toggle; Pom Pom, beads etc if you wish.

Worked in the round with no sewing involved!
Works great with an ombre or gradient yarn in an Aran/chunky weight for a quick but enjoyable project.
