Foss (Icelandic word for Waterfall), is a loop scarf/neck warmer.
It is knit in a very light, yet warm Icelandic yarn, Einrum E+2. It is a mix of Iceland wool (80%) and Thai silk (20%).
The design is an irregular rib pattern, which is seamlessly knit on the round, and blocked.
I visited Iceland this summer and loved its spectacular landscapes. The beautiful endless misty waterfalls, all over Southern Iceland inspired this piece. It will warm you on a winters day!
