Our family has several hot sauce enthusiasts, so much so that my husband developed his own sauces and started his own business, Sauces Cobar. Today, it’s owned by my son and his two partners! I wanted to pay tribute to “my men” and all hot sauce lovers by designing this new pattern. Be careful not to knit too quickly, or you might burn your fingers - Louise Robert

This pattern can be knitted using a set of 5 double-pointed needles or circular needles. For double-pointed needles, divide half the stitches between needles 1 and 2 and the other half between needles 3 and 4. Regarding the use of colors, it is not necessary to cut the yarn each time the color changes; simply carry them along on the wrong side of the work.
