Four Corners Tote - New Mexico
The second in a series, this tote design is an homage to the Ancestral Pueblo peoples (formerly referred to as Anasazi) and their Black on White pottery. Sherds of this lovely and unique pottery have been found in the Four Corners area of the United States.
You can read more about it HERE.
20% of all profits from the patterns in this series will be donated to the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center and other organizations that support the Pueblo peoples.
This tote is made using tapestry crochet and Romanian point lace (drawstring). It includes written instruction as well as charts for all items except the drawstring. A picture tutorial is included for the drawstring done in Romanian point lace.
1.5” grommets may be used to reinforce the drawstring holes, but are not required.
