Four Triangle Taj
A few notes about the pattern:
This very unusual shawl is worked in one piece from beginning to end using 4 center increase triangles, starting with the smallest to the largest. Look at the photo of the shawl laying flat to see the natural curve that forms to wrap around the shoulders and never fall off.
You can adjust the size by working a smaller triangle to start. The simple 4 row lace pattern is repetitive yet extremely dramatic. The first 3 triangles are worked similarly to the pattern in Project 3 of the Craftsy class, while the 4th is slightly different making it shallower and wider.
It is never too late to learn a technique, and you can use this one over and over incorporating different stitch patterns.
