This is a fun pattern that will fit a child or adult depending on how long you would like to make the scarf. I used the 18 peg 3/4 gauge CinDwood loom but the 1/2 gauge will work as well. You can do the 24 peg looms but you will want to follow my instructions for my Fox pattern for the head, just don’t sew up.
I used a variety of yarns to create the texture and look. I used Carons Simply Soft for the orange, black, and white. Lions Brand Fun Fur Yarn for the gold furn. Bernat Baby Blanket yarn for the belly of the fox. Then when I finished to add a more grizzled look I brushed a black sharpie over the gold fur. Nothing took more than 1 skein.
I used 12mm half purled rhinestones for the eyes.
