This is a collection of three foxy crochet designs! A crocheted bag, a mandala and a cushion, all featuring a unique central sleeping fox design. These are fun and quick projects which make wonderful gifts…

Materials: You can use a variety of yarns for these projects. The yarns listed are suggestions only. You can use many other 4-ply, DK or Aran weight yarns for similar results. The thicker the yarn the larger the projects will be. Choose a hook size that is appropriate for your tension and chosen yarns.
For each project, as well as the yarns listed, you’ll also need very small amounts of yarn in cream for the edge of the fox face and tail, and black or dark brown for the fox eyes and nose.
• Bag: King Cole ‘Cherished’ Baby DK (100% low-pill acrylic, 100g/240m), 1 ball in each of the following colours: Jaffa (5360), Lime (3549), Turquoise (3506), Olive (5362), 4mm hook.
• Mandala: Scheepjes ‘Catona’ (100% cotton, 10g/25m) 1 ball in each of the following colours: Tangerine (281), Cyan (397), Kiwi (205) and Lemonade (403), 3mm hook, 20cm ring (either wooden or metal). You may need a larger or smaller ring depending on your tension or chosen yarn.
• Cushion: King Cole ‘Fashion Aran Tweed’ (68% acrylic, 30% wool, 2% viscose, 100g/200m), 1 ball in each of the following colours: Ginger (3057), Olive (3510), Duck Egg (3502), Mustard (3058), Coll (3452), 6mm hook, cushion pad measuring 50cm x 50cm (20in x 20in). You may need a larger or smaller cushion pad depending on your tension or chosen yarn.
• Stitch marker, yarn needle and scissors.
