Fresh Mint is a sweet little tank top, with a wee bit of lace at the top to keep things exciting. I think my favorite detail may be the single little row of purl bumps right below the lace - it is so tiny and really girly for some reason, and I can’t get enough of it!

The gauge for Fresh Mint is 18 stitches and 24 rows in stockinette stitch (larger than the yarn calls for, just so you know), which creates a soft, drape-y fabric for the tank. The top is knit from the top down - actually, you start by knitting the front and back panels, and then join at the bust to knit the rest of the body in the round. When finished, you simply sew the two cast on edges of the lace panels together at the corners, creating a really delicate neckline.
