Frida is a beautiful and colorful cardigan knitted from top to bottom with a round yoke. The cardigan’s yoke and bottom edge feature various vibrant pattern borders in colorwork and bobbles.

The cardigan is worked back and forth, starting at the neck. First, the ribbing is knitted, then short rows are worked for a better fit. The pattern borders are knitted following the chart, while increases are made continuously down to the armholes, where the work is divided into body and sleeves. The body is worked back and forth in stockinette stitch, and finished with a pattern border followed by ribbing. The sleeves are worked in the round in stockinette stitch, also finishing with a pattern border and ribbing. Finally, the cardigan’s front bands are knitted.
