Frija
Frija is worked in the round from the bottom up. Bulky yarn combines with simple cables and garter stitch to create a warm and wonderfully squishy hat.
Needles – US size 10½ (6.5 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge; 16” (40 cm) circular needle.
US size 11 (8 mm) or one size larger than needle used to obtain gauge; 16” (40 cm) circular needle and DPN’s.
Notions – Notions – Beginning of round stitch marker, cable needle, yarn needle, faux fur pom pom (optional), 4 additional stitch markers for separating pattern repeats (optional).
