TIME FOR SOME FUN FRINGE!!!!!!

The Fringe Top is knit in one piece.
You start with the fringe portion, which is knit, and not added on after the fact. Then the top portion of the shirt is knit in the round. Back and front are symmetrical so the top can be worn front to back.

The overall knitting is very simple and a great project for a beginner to intermediate knitter.
I have done my very best to make the instructions very simple, but if you have any questions please feel free to message me.
