These fringed stockings are worked from the toe up with a short row heel and i-cord edging around the cuff. Work in one or three colours; leave the fringe loose and loopy or wrap the loops into bunches to make trimmed tassels.  

Yarn is held triple throughout.

Knit Picks Sport Shine, 60% Pima Cotton & 40% Modal, 110y/100m; 50g/1¾ oz:

3 Colour Version:
·       MC, Macaw: 354y/ 324m
·       C1, Serrano: 73y/ 67m
·       C2, White: 68y/ 62m

1 Colour Version:
·       MC, Platinum: 493y/ 451m

Tools:
6mm/US10 40cm/16” circular knitting needle or size to achieve gauge, 6mm/US10 double pointed knitting needles or size smaller than circular needles, or magic loop equivalents of these needles, 2 stitch markers, tapestry needle.

Gauge:
15 sts/20 rnds over 4”/ 10cm in stockinette stitch in the round, blocked.
