Rights to the individual sale of this pattern have reverted to the designer. It is still available in the 2017 Rose City Yarn Crawl Portland Pastimes collection.

This pattern was originally published as Pearl Fiber Arts’ contribution to the 2017 Rose City Yarn Crawl, March 2 – 5, 2017 in Portland, Oregon.

Each shop’s pattern(s) will be available free with purchase at that shop during the Rose City Yarn Crawl.

All patterns will also be available for download individually or as part of our 2017 Collection: Portland Pastimes 2017 Rose City Yarn Crawl Pattern Collection.

When I first heard about the Portland Pastimes theme, I initially thought of the Naked Bike Ride. However, soon after that, I kept thinking of Ground Kontrol (one of the best arcade bars I’ve ever seen). Frogger is a merging of these two things, with the patterning on the mitts reminding me of all the obstacles that both bikers and the frog need to avoid on the way to their destination.
