We used to have old, single pane windows in the house and though I certainly don’t miss the drafts, I do miss the intricate patterns of frost on the glass—stunningly beautiful and incredibly intricate! This cap doesn’t begin to do those patterns justice, but it is what was in my mind’s eye while working on these designs!
There are two sizes given, but additional sizes could be made using different yarn weights and needle sizes—smaller or larger gauges. Two colors are all you need, but if you have a favorite high contrast color, feel free to use it for the cast-on round and pompom!
