This is a re-written updated Knit Picks/Erssie Knits version of this pattern. Previously it was published as The Clash in Tangled Magazine Summer 2011

These lacy socks have an adaptation of an old lace stitch with fuchsia heads as well as twining vines with leaves winding their way up the outside and back of the leg. The unique combination of these lace patterns is perfectly mirrored on the matching sock so that the flower heads face the opposite way and the placement of the vine is reversed. The socks are knitted toe-up from a provisional cast on with short row toes and heels. A delicate picot edge finishes the top of the sock.
